Welcome to a weekend where you will dive into the resources of your body. With movement, breath, sound and touch, we will explore ways of creating trust and confidence — in ourselves and in relation to our environment.

SEP 27.-29. 2024
CONNECT | EXPLORE | EXPAND
This workshop is all about supporting our nervous system and creating space for more aliveness. When we work with our body, we are working directly with our felt experience. This is useful if we want to shift or strengthen the neural pathways linked to our responses. With this as a foundation – we will approach this weekend in a fun and practical way!
We will begin with landing in ourselves and setting a shared frame for our communication. From a foundation of care and clear boundaries, we will get to know each other and what the group field has to offer, with a focus on support, co-regulation and sharing. The anchor in this journey will always be you, with your own needs, pace and rhythm. The workshop provides an explorative space where we gently ease into the exercises. We will slow down, so as to increase the sensitivity of our own process and to find the most nourishing ways to retrieve the gifts of the weekend.
You can expect to bring home tools which help you sense, regulate and support your nervous system. The workshop is designed to inspire and increase your awareness of the choices you have in your everyday life. By creating alignment between what we want, what we say and what we do, we develop greater clarity, within ourselves and towards others.
