VENUE ONLY OPEN FOR BODY AS THE MENTOR

Spring awakening

Welcome to a deep dive into embodiment. This is a time for you to nurture and explore the resources of your body. We will support our nervous system, explore the edges of where we feel truly alive and what brings about deep rest. In alignment with the season, we'll transition from the withdraw of the Winter to the awakening of the Spring.

As the only group present at the venue, we have the privacy and the exclusive use of the entire retreat center.
